Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the intimate/hygienic nature of these products, please review this policy carefully.

Return Window & Condition
You have 30 days from delivery to initiate a return. Items must be in new, unused, and unopened condition, in their original, undamaged packaging with all tags and protective materials intact. For hygiene reasons, pillows and eye masks cannot be returned once opened or used.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used/opened items: U-shaped pillows, inflatable pillows, or eye masks that have been removed from packaging, used, or washed.

  • Final sale items: Marked "Clearance," "As-Is," or "Final Sale."

  • Missing/damaged packaging: Items must be returned with original packaging intact.

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or accidents.

Return Process

  1. Contact us for a Return Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days. Returns without RMA will not be accepted.

  2. Pack items securely in original packaging with all tags.

  3. Customer pays return shipping. We recommend trackable, insured service.

  4. Refund issued within 10 business days after receipt and inspection. Original shipping fees non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours with clear photos. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Color & Material Variations
Due to differences in monitor settings, actual colors may vary slightly. These minor variations are not considered defects.
