1. Products & Orders

  • We sell travel accessories: U-shaped pillows, inflatable pillows, and eye mask sets.

  • Prices in USD. We may correct errors or change prices.

  • Product images are illustrative; actual colors may vary due to monitor settings.

  • We may cancel orders due to inventory limits, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

2. User Responsibilities & Safety

⚠️ IMPORTANT SAFETY WARNINGS

For U-shaped pillows (textile & flammability safety – 16 CFR 1610/1632):

  • Keep away from open flames, cigarettes, and heat sources.

  • If pillow cover is removable, follow wash instructions; do not use bleach.

  • If product is labeled "FLAMMABLE," keep away from all ignition sources.

  • Not intended for use by infants under 12 months (suffocation risk).

For Inflatable pillows (general safety – 16 CFR 1500):

  • Keep away from children – small parts (valve) may pose choking hazard.

  • Do not overinflate; risk of bursting.

  • Not a flotation device.

  • If pillow is intended for children under 12, ensure tracking labels are intact.

For Eye masks (garment flammability – 16 CFR 1610):

  • Keep away from open flames.

  • Do not use while driving or operating machinery.

  • If mask includes aromatherapy inserts, discontinue use if skin irritation occurs.

  • For masks with electronic components (heated), do not use while charging.

3. Safety Standards Compliance

4. FTC Textile & Care Labeling Compliance
Our textile products comply with:

  • 16 CFR Part 303 – fiber content, country of origin, manufacturer name.

  • 16 CFR Part 423 – permanent care labeling.

5. General Certificate of Conformity (GCC)
For general-use pillows and eye masks (not intended for children 12 and under), we provide a General Certificate of Conformity (GCC) available upon request. The GCC certifies compliance with 16 CFR Part 1610 and 16 CFR Part 1632 (if filled), based on testing or a reasonable testing program.

6. Children's Product Certificate (CPC)
For products intended for children 12 and under, we provide a Children's Product Certificate (CPC) based on third-party testing at a CPSC-accepted laboratory.

7. California Proposition 65 Warning
Some products may contain chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm. When applicable, a Proposition 65 warning will be displayed on product pages and packaging.

8. Intellectual Property
All site content is our property and protected by copyright laws.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from product use or misuse (e.g., allergic reactions, improper cleaning, fire hazards).

10. Governing Law
Governed by laws of the state in which seller is based.
