Processing: 1-3 business days. Shipping: 5-10 business days (contiguous US). You'll receive tracking via email.

2. What are shipping costs?
Calculated at checkout based on weight/destination. Free standard shipping on orders over $[amount].

3. Do you ship outside the contiguous US?
Currently, only to the contiguous 48 states.

4. What types of U-shaped pillows do you offer?
We offer memory foam and microbead U-shaped neck pillows for travel. Covers removable (machine washable) on most models. Materials comply with 16 CFR Part 1610 (flammability of clothing textiles) and 16 CFR Part 1632 (cigarette ignition resistance for filled products). Fabric covers are tested for surface burning rate and char length; pillows that do not meet Class 1 standards are permanently labeled "FLAMMABLE."

5. What types of inflatable pillows do you offer?
We offer inflatable travel pillows made from PVC or TPU. Our inflatable pillows comply with 16 CFR Part 1500 (general safety – no sharp edges, small parts restrictions for children under 3). TPU materials meet California Proposition 65 limits for phthalates and lead. Each pillow must pass CPSC air retention and seam strength testing. If intended for use by children under 12, additional CPSIA lead/phthalate limits apply with tracking labels.

6. What types of eye mask sets do you offer?
We offer sleep masks made from cotton, silk, polyester, or memory foam. Eye masks are classified as wearable garments under 16 CFR Part 1610 (flammability of clothing textiles). Fabric covers are tested for surface burning rate; Class 1 is normal flammability. The elastic strap is tested for small parts (16 CFR Part 1501). Eye masks containing gel beads or aromatherapy inserts must ensure no accessible small parts that could pose choking hazards for children under 3. If includes battery-powered heating or vibration, must comply with FCC Part 15 for unintentional radiators.

7. What are the flammability requirements for travel pillows and eye masks?
All textile products must comply with 16 CFR Part 1610. Fabric classes: Class 1 (normal flammability – acceptable), Class 2 (intermediate flammability), Class 3 (rapid/intense burning – banned). Any product failing Class 3 is permanently labeled "FLAMMABLE." For filled pillows, additional 16 CFR Part 1632 (cigarette ignition resistance) applies – specimens must show char length ≤2.5 cm around the cigarette, and at least ⅔ of the specimens pass.

8. Do you need a General Certificate of Conformity (GCC)?
Yes. For general-use pillows and eye masks (not intended for children 12 and under), we provide a General Certificate of Conformity (GCC) certifying compliance with 16 CFR Part 1610 and 16 CFR Part 1632 (where applicable), based on testing or a reasonable testing program. The GCC includes product identification, citation to each CPSC safety rule, manufacturer/importer information, date and place of manufacture, testing dates, and record-keeper contact.

9. What are the CPSIA requirements for children's travel accessories?
If our U-shaped pillow, inflatable pillow, or eye mask is intended for children 12 and under, we provide a Children's Product Certificate (CPC) based on third-party testing at a CPSC-accepted laboratory, certifying compliance with:

  • 16 CFR Part 1610 (flammability)

  • 16 CFR Part 1632 (cigarette ignition resistance for filled products)

  • CPSIA lead in substrate (accessible parts) ≤100 ppm

  • CPSIA lead in surface coating ≤90 ppm (16 CFR 1303)

  • Phthalates (DEHP, DBP, BBP, DINP, DIDP, DNOP) ≤0.1% (1000 ppm)

  • 16 CFR Part 1130 tracking labels (manufacturer name, production date, batch number, country of origin) on product and packaging

10. How do I care for my U-shaped pillow?

  • Remove cover and machine wash cold (gentle cycle). Tumble dry low or air dry.

  • Do not bleach.

  • For memory foam pillows, spot clean only; do not submerge in water.

11. How do I care for my inflatable pillow?

  • Wipe with damp cloth and mild soap. Air dry completely before deflating.

  • Avoid sharp objects.

  • Store deflated in dry place.

12. How do I care for my eye mask?

  • Most masks (cotton, silk, polyester) are machine washable cold, gentle cycle. Tumble dry low or air dry.

  • For masks with gel beads or electronic components, spot clean only.

13. What is California Proposition 65?
Some products may contain chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm (e.g., certain plastics, foam materials, dyes). When applicable, a Proposition 65 warning will be displayed on product pages and packaging.

14. What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay.
