Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing
Orders processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays). Processing: 1-3 business days.

2. Shipping Destinations & Carriers
Contiguous US only. Carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx.

3. Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

  • Costs: Calculated at checkout. Free shipping on qualifying orders.

  • Times: 5-10 business days. Estimates, not guarantees.

4. Packaging

  • U-shaped pillows: Vacuum-sealed or boxed; allow time to expand.

  • Inflatable pillows: Folded/rolled in poly bags.

  • Eye masks: Sealed in poly bags; care labels attached.

5. Damage Claims
Inspect external box upon delivery. If damaged, note with carrier and take photos. Contact us within 48 hours with photos. Keep all packaging.

6. Order Changes
Cancel/modify within 24 hours. Orders shipped cannot be canceled.
